Authorized secretariat staff

In each Department, an administrative employee, member of the Department Secretariat, was appointed by decision of the Assembly, who is responsible for:  

1. serving students of the Department with disabilities and/or special educational needs for issues managed by the Secretariat,
2. the management and internal circulation of various documents on accessibility issues,
3. the posting of relevant announcements on the department’s website,
4. cooperating with the Equal Access Unit and sending it the relevant requested information,
5. informing students during their registration about the operation and contact details of the Equal Access Unit.
